Through my journey building Lipton Corporate Child Care Centers (LCCC) and Lipton Health, I have had the good fortune of coaching over 100 individuals from different walks of life. Many of those coached recognized and embraced their creativity and skills of leadership.

In my companies, I have learned that building cultures which embrace trust and safety bring out the best in everyone. My team and I at LCCC were recognized as one of the Best 100 Woman-Owned Small Businesses sponsored by Working Woman.

I’ve also had the good fortune to mentor young children through Project Shelter and have learned that everyone has the gift of leadership. Project Shelter is my passion.
